Hello... do you know when the new firmware version for Chromecast 4 HD version will be released. A lot of time has passed since the last update and I hope that the new version will improve the performance of online tv playback.

You may want to opt in for the Preview Program. That will give the latest firmware to you before it gets a wide release.

unfortunately, I do not see in the options the option to save my email address from Google as willing to test and early access to the firmware.

I'd be inclined to think any performance problems (stuttering, low quality etc) you're having with streaming are a result of other factors like WiFi connectivity speed, or internet connection speed, or DNS.

The network issue has already been checked. I checked on several networks, in several locations. The matter is on the side of Google, or rather the firmware. I don't have similar issues with the Firestick Max and any other Android equipped box

Have you tried someone else's Chromecast?
Can you be specific about the performance problems you're experiencing?
