Sure does - it has a USB-C cable built in, which plugs into your Chromecast.

Be aware that there are TWO Ethernet adapters.

One has a micro-usb connector and is for the older (round) Chromecast devices and the other has a USB-C connector (as thedriver pointed out) that works for both of the Chromecast with Google TV devices
