I've looked through the forums and tried every fix described. I've cleared the storage cache. I've cleared the data and cache of the Google TV app. I've switched to a different WiFi network. I've uninstalled and reinstalled Google TV updates. Nothing works. A complete factory reset did work... for about 12 hours. Then I got the loading error again.
