My chromecast not connecting to my tp link wifi

I have tried all the steps to connect my chromecast device to the wifi network and it still does work

it just put didn't find internet or it puts didn't find my wifi 'name'

can i have some help please

I apologize about the late response, thank you for your patience on this! Were you able to fix that Wi-Fi issue? If not, I'd be happy to help out! I know how difficult Wi-Fi issue can be to troubleshoot on your own. Let me just ask you some questions about what's happening:

When did this issue start happening?
Do you have a dual-band router?
How far is the router from the Chromecast device?
Have you already attempted to factory reset the Chromecast?
What troubleshooting steps have you already tried?
