Nest mini as Bluetooth speaker from chromecast

Why is anything Bluetooth alien like to figure out for me?! LOL

I for the life of me can not figure using Google Home App how to use my nest mini (2nd gen) as the sound over the tv speakers from my chromecast google tv HD.

PLEASE HELP!! I managed to do it with my previous FireStick and echo dot but I couldn’t tell you how I figured that scenario out.

my tv built ins suck and I only bought the nest mini to use just for this purpose.

First setup your Nest mini, if you're not already done so. Once setup, in the Google Home app:

Tap Devices at the bottom.
Tap and hold your speaker.
Tap the Settings cog > Audio > Paired Bluetooth devices > Enable pairing mode.

In the settings on your Chromecast itself:

At the top right, go to your profile picture or initial and select Settings.
Select Remote & Accessories > Pair remote or accessory.
Select your Nest Mini from the list of devices.
On the Bluetooth pairing request screen, select Pair.
