My chrome cast is automatically mute

I dont know what's wrong with my chrome cast.

at first the sound on my chrome cast was fine
Then a few months ago something strange started to happen
suddenly when we watched YouTube on the TV that had chrome cast we lost the sound.
Previously we didn't know the reason why the sound had disappeared, but after we pressed the mute button twice on the chrome cast remote, the sound returned.
At first it wasn't often, but now every second we have to press the mute button so that the sound can be heard.
we have updated our google software on chrome cast, but the sound still automatically disappears.

what do I have to do.

Hi Gunawan_Raditya,

Thanks for posting here in the Google Nest Community. We may need to do a full clean-up on your Chromecast with Google TV. Try a factory reset, then set it up from scratch. Let us know how it goes.
