Set up remote button not working

The Google TV remote no longer works with my sound bar. It keeps saying something is wrong when I try to setup the buttons.

I follow the suggestions in the link below including factory reset and it still doesn't work

Thanks for posting and for being a step ahead of us. An initial rollout for a fix has been sent from late August to early September. After that, a factory reset was the workaround for those who still hadn’t received the update. But there are users who are still experiencing the issue. That’s why there’s an ongoing update that will be rolled out in the coming days. It includes patch fixes for most of the recognized bugs, including this. You may need to give it a few more days since the estimated completion time of the updates is until the end of October. Once you have the update available, make sure to install it. If it's not available yet, give it a few more days. Let us know if you have other concerns.
