Hello @scavell,

Thanks for the question. Could I ask where you are getting asked to choose a resolution? If you don't pay for the 4K YouTube TV subscription then your Chromecast will play whatever resolution the content is available in on YouTube TV.

I am little confused about the choice for resolution. I have a 4k Sony OLED with a Chromecast doggle that is also 4k. Do I choose the 4k resolution of these devices or the resolution of YouTubeTV?I have not upgraded to the premium 4k of the YouTubeTV.

I saw the setting in the ChromeCast settings under resolution and was trying to get the best picture possible. If it automatically chooses the best then I won't worry about it. I just didn't want to have the frame rate etc be wrong. I realize my TV is capable of 4k as is ChromeCast doggle but I do not pay additional subscription costs for 4k in my GoogleTV subscription...just basic . By the way thanks for for your help!

I also saw options in the same area for "vivid" or Dolby Any thought on what I should choose for settings there?

Scott
