Chromecast Remote not responding

Hello,

The Chromecast remote is not working. I can go side to side or down, but I cannot go up. When I do go to the side, there is a delay. I've changed the batteries and factory reset the remote, and the issues continue. Where can I get a new remote?

Here is a link to the Chromecast Help Center to see if there is any more troubleshooting you can try with your remote.

If your device is still under warranty you could contact support directly to see if it is replaceable. If not you can purchase a new remote at the Google Store.

I spoke with Customer Support, and they were not helpful. They went above and beyond to not and help me. Now I have to buy a new product to fix the remote. **bleep**ing assholes.

Ugh, I hate to hear that and an unpleasant customer service experience stays with me. Was it out of warranty?

It can't be out of warranty as I bought it this year. They refused to help me get it processed. They went out of their way to say it was something else, then closed the chat.
