Infinite Loop trying to set up Chromecast

Hi folks I am having trouble setting up my Chromecast Model GZRNL - it’s just in a loop on sign on - and takes me back to remote control set up - I’ve unplugged it now for a week and still nothing - is there no hard reset? Even tried with with other networks and other tvs - very frustrating- thanks!

Hi Ldelacamara,

Thanks for posting and for being a step ahead of us. I suggest you do a full clean-up by performing a factory reset manually. If it persists, you can skip logging in using the Google Home App and login via the remote instead. I hope this helps. Let us know how it goes.
