Hi my chromecast wont factory reset with the sude button. Its orange. i press it in it goes solid white. no flashing stage. Is not reset. U can't do it via home app as original wifi network i set it up on no linger exists. new isp/modem.

Error msg is "This device was previously set up by a different user. Please factory reset the device"
