Chrome Cast Issues

Please what do I do? My Chromecast with Google TV is having issues loading to the home screen. It gets stocked in the 'Google TV' loading point during start up and it keep displaying only Google TV without loading further. I have tried disconnecting the cable from the Chrome box for 30minutes and tried the same thing on the TV but to no avail.

Please I need help with this.

Thanks for posting and for being a step ahead of us. I’m wondering why you connected the Chromecast with Google TV to a Chromebox. If what you mean by Chrome box is the actual Chromecast device itself, let’s call it a dongle instead. I suggest you do a full clean-up by performing a factory reset. Then try to set it up again and let us know how it goes.
