Nest on my tcl android chrome cast built in tv

When I sign in on my nest account on my tv it keeps saying I’d or password incorrect. It is the correct one. I use my google account one and it works on my iPhone 11 and my iPad Pro. So what can I do to get it to except my I’d and pssword on tcl android tv? Also I have made sure the internet is the sam as iPhone and I pad also made sure email address is set the same

Is it the Nest app that's installed on the TV?
