Up button on Remote control not working correctly

Hi,

The up button on my remote control is not working correctly, sometimes I need to press 2 or 3 times to get a reaction or pressing very hard.

I deed a factory reset, unpaired, remote firmware update nothing helps

To be noted only the up button (on the wheel)

Unfortunately, that sounds like a hardware problem. It's not something you can fix with a reset or repair yourself.

If your device is still under warranty, you can ask for a replacement.
