    <description>&lt;P&gt;Keep the distance between the router and Chromecast device with 6 meters.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Move your Chromecast device from the back of the TV in an open space and ensure that the Chromecast device is not touching other cables or powered on devices.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Unplug the Chromecast device from the mains power grid for about 5 minutes then plug it back in.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Ultimately, hard reset the Chromecast device using the built-in button on the back.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My Google TV with Chromecast keeps dropping the internet connection, it eventually comes back again after about 5 minutes, remains connected to Excellent strength WiFi connection and there are no other devices dropping internet connection on the network.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;I've tried doing a factory reset but it hasn't helped the issue, also rebooted router.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Device software is up to date.&amp;nbsp; &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;5 April 2021 security patch, &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Kernel v4.9.180, &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;ATV OS Build QTS1.210311.008.7350836&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
