      <description>&lt;P&gt;My internet changed awhile ago.. I couldn't figure out how to get it fixed over. I deleted my device from Google home. Now, when I try to log back in I get a message saying "This device was previously set up by a different user, please factory reset the device." But I can't get back into the device to factory reset it. Not sure what to do.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://www.googlenestcommunity.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/488035"&gt;@Anqxlifly&lt;/a&gt;, thanks for posting here in the Google Nest Community. I suggest you do a full clean-up by performing a&lt;A href="https://goo.gle/3AgAaiR" target="_blank"&gt; factory reset&lt;/A&gt; and setting it up from scratch. That link includes a manual way of performing a factory reset, depending on the Chromecast version that you have. Let us know how it goes.&lt;/P&gt;
