What is meant by 'current PIN'? It isn't the PIN for my phone.

when you first setup a chromecast you can set a Pin number up thats specific to that device, if you didnt go through the setup process and its asking for a pin, just do a factory reset and set it up from scratch, it does not take long 🙂

It's just come out of the box so I would have thought that was factory settings. It didn't have instructions about setting a PIN anywhere in the process. Personally I think the the Berkely Hunt who designed the thing and the Hampton Wick who wrote 'simple setup' on the box should come round my place so I can 'explain' where they went wrong.
