Chrome cast not streaming to projector

We are unable to stream to our projector via the chrome cast. It has worked from one of our phones with YouTube, but not any other streaming platforms. We can search Netflix but once a video is selected it gets stuck on loading and never starts. Any ideas? Thank you!

Thanks for posting here in the Google Nest Community. Based on your description, it seems the Chromecast device is working as intended, or else it won’t cast any app at all, including YouTube. Since this is more about loading, we can isolate the possible network issue by testing it on a different Wi-Fi. You can also connect both your Chromecast device and your own phone to another smartphone’s mobile hotspot and test it if there’s no other Wi-Fi available. Let us know how it goes.
