      <title>Need to return bricked Chromecast</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;After good service, my Chromecast is now bricked and I need to return it. It was purchased from amazon a year ago, and they direct me to the manufacturer.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The device sits showing "Google TV" in a rectangle with colours circling it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It will not respond to a factory reset - the light goes from yellow to white, when I press and hold the button, it doesn't matter how long I hold it, it doesn't change - it stays white.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've had a similar issue months back - that time a factory reset got it running again.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;How do I get a warranty replacement?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
