Setup issues with Google TV Chromecast - power on/off selection

I'm sorry for this question, but I'm stuck and done all I can to troubleshoot.

In setting up my Google TV Chromecast, I'm up to the remote section for power on/off. I get to second option, tv turns off, wait then turn tv back on...and I'm back to starting at option 1 again!

Am I doing something wrong or is there a way around this?

Hi Gem82,

Thanks for posting here in the Google Nest Community. You should be moving on to the next, which is the volume buttons. If you didn’t have a chance to proceed and it feels like an endless merry-go-round, then there might be some corrupted file or data. I suggest you do a full clean-up by performing a factory reset and setting it up again from scratch.
