Don't know how to disable restricted mode

I have been trying to cast youtube videos from my mac on chrome onto my chromecast but some videos do not load and end up coming up with a message saying I need to disable 'restricted mode' I have googled it and tried to find where to disable it but have had no luck whatsoever. Please help me, I just want to watch youtube lol!
