Stuck on loading screen

Google tv is stuck on some loading (I think) screen after randomly coming on. It's a rectangle with Google colours rotating around it. Left it for 30min, have tried unplugging and plugging back in but just comes straight to that screen again. Have tried hard resting with the button but does not start blinking/change. Any help would be appreciated

I tried re pluging and turn on and off. That doesn't work.

Tried resetting but it doesn't work ether.
