Wifi with Chromecast

This is my second attempt to get an answer to my problem. I have followed all instructions and cannot access a way to change the wifi on my Chromecast. I don’t know what it is. Instructions say you can change but nothing comes up to let me change. My phone will not recognize this device.

You have to connect the phone to same WiFi network where the Chromecast was initially connected. Then, open Google Home, select the device, forget the cinnected network and connect to another.

The short solution is to hard reset the device.

I’m having the same issue, actually I’m having tons of issues. My arlo devices don’t work now, none of my other mesh points will connect to main, they want to form their own network, I can’t figure out how to make a 2.4g dedicated single for devices that will only connect to 2.4
