Hi Keelner,

Thanks for posting here in the Google Nest Community. We’re sorry for the trouble, and this is not the experience that we wanted you to have. But have you tried rephrasing your command? Or trying a different content title, like “Play Avengers: Endgame on Disney Plus”? This actually boils down to Google Assistant’s understanding of the command or the application (Netflix, YouTube, Disney+, Prime Video, etc.). The application is also responsible for instances where the show has been removed, renamed, specific with its title content, and/or made similar changes that are applicable. Apparently, your Chromecast device and its Google Assistant seem to be working as intended. But let us know how it goes so we can investigate further.

We look forward to your response.

Thanks,

With Prime Video I can say to the remote "Play Reacher on Prime Video", but with disney plus I can say "Open Disney Plus" but when I say "Play Mandalorian on Disney Plus" it doesn't work. In assistant setting on my phone I connected Disney plus to google assistant and I am logged into Disney plus on my chromecast. I hope someone will have an answer
