Long story short upon setup today he selects the correct wifi network, has entered the password correctly numerous times and although he has checked and checked again using the show password option as well it still cones up as invalid. He has his phone and the smart tv connected to the tv using that exact password, is there any reason for this, he lives in a different state to me so any help I can give him is just over the phone, and he's fairly old so he isn't the best with technology, just hoping there may be a reason why this occurs.
