Hello

Chromecast offline while it's connected to wifi and not appear in cast button in mobile app but when Chromecast connect to moblie hotspot (using 4g) issue solved and Chromecast is onair and i can cast from mobile to Chromecast

Thanks for posting here in the Google Nest Community. We appreciate you taking the time to test it on a mobile hotspot, which confirms that the Chromecast device is working as intended and is not the issue. This now means it has something to do with the network. Remember that the Chromecast device only remembers one network/bandwidth (2.4 GHz and/or 5 GHz) at a time and is intended to work only on a secured, non-complex type of home Wi-Fi network. Ensure that your router doesn’t have AP isolation enabled, while UPnP should be enabled. Kindly check your router's settings for this. Let us know how it goes.
