Sudden quality issue with Youtube TV stream only on Chromecast

Hi, I am suddenly having problems streaming one app - and only one - YouTube TV...it works but breaks up to the point where I don't watch it. The quality is not good and this is a sudden change for no apparent reason. I am having no problems with other apps like HULU, NETFLIX, APPLE TV, or even YouTube. I tried all other apps, to include YouTube, which are working fine.

This is what I have already tried:

updated all software on all devices being used (tv/chromecast/wifi)
restarted all devices
Have access to a completely separate internet provider and tried that out with the chromecast just to be sure, and it was the same.
cleared out cache on chromecast YouTube TV app
force restarted on chromecast YouTube TV app

I never can find much that I can use to fix a problem on my own - so come on you peeps...help me out please!!! I don't do complicated well either. Man, I am high maintenence. BUT, this chromcast has me beat. For real, my poor dog Molly got hurt and I promised her we would watch Pets Life together soon. Thank you very much.

Thanks for posting and for being a step ahead of us. We’re sorry for the trouble, and this is not the experience that we wanted you to have. Since this is isolated to YouTube TV alone, let’s try to dig in further. Did you have a chance to observe if this is isolated to certain channels only? Or is this happening on whatever channel on YouTube TV? Since you’ve done most of the logical troubleshooting steps that can fix this single app issue, I suggest that you do a full clean-up by performing a factory reset and setting it up from scratch to remove any corrupted files or data. Let us know how it goes.
