Can't cast from Android

I am unable to cast any app to my TV via Chromecast. I tried restarting both devices, they're both on the same wifi, there is still no cast button anywhere. Not only that, but when I go onto YouTube and try to cast, no device shows up, not even my Google home too! The only option is to cast live TV, but can't cast anything else!

I'm sorry for the long wait and hear about the inconvenience that you're getting.

I'm going to share with you some troubleshooting steps that you can do to fix that:

1. Try to close the app and then open it again.

2. Turn it off your cellphone and then turn it on again.

3. Reboot the Chromecast and if for some reason the issue persists do a factory reset of the Chromecast.
