Trying to get AHLTV app on 2nd Chromecast

I just bought a second Chromecast device and would like to get the AHLTV app but it is not available when I search. My first Chromecast has it and, honestly, I don't recall how I did it when it was hooked up to a Samsung TV. I switched the Chromecast devices -- putting the old one on a different TV and the app is still there. I put the new Chromecast on the old TV and the AHLTV app is not available via Chromecast or on the Samsung source.

The AHLTV app availability can vary by country and Chromecast generation. You can see the apps available for Chromecast with Google TV (3rd gen) here: Chromecast with Google TV

To help diagnose further, I have a few questions:

Were both Chromecasts purchased in the same country?
Are both Chromecasts the same model?
