      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Hi, I have a faulty Chromecast with Google TV which is under warranty. I went over troubleshooting with an advisor and tried changing batteries, pairing again, resetting etc. Nothing helped and the advisor told me to file a warranty claim through &lt;A href="https://support.google.com/googlenest/answer/9901095" target="_blank"&gt;https://support.google.com/googlenest/answer/9901095 &lt;/A&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;However, I am unable to file a warranty claim as the page keeps circling back to the beginning without an actual way to file a claim. Also I tried going through &lt;A href="https://support.google.com/chromecast/gethelp" target="_blank"&gt;https://support.google.com/chromecast/&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt; and requested a callback regarding chromecast. I did get a call back but that person was from google nest team (not chromecast) and they could not help saying it's a different product so they referred me back to advisors who send me through &lt;A href="https://support.google.com/chromecast/gethelp" target="_blank"&gt;https://support.google.com/chromecast/gethelp&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt; and it is a dead circle. I already talked/chatted with 3 advisors with no actual help. I hope someone can help me to file a claim here.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
