Issues with Chromecast on TV

I was casting from YouTube TV when all of a sudden it disconnected and whatever I previously casted is still playing. I also cannot cast from my phone and change the channel on the app. What should I do?

Reboot the Chromecast device - unplug it from the main power grid for about 5 minutes then plug it back in.
