Bonjour

Comment réinitialiser la Chromecast alors qu'elle n'apparaît plus sur Home et qu'elle n'a pas de bouton sur elle?

J'ai malheureusement supprimer la Chromecast de Home car je n'arrivais pas à supprimer le réseau ( j'ai changer d'abonnement internet)

There is a small reset button that may be difficult to see. It is on the side of the Chromecast 2nd gen.

Once you factory reset you can then go through the set up process like it was new.

maintenant elle ne veut pas prendre la connexion à ma nouvelle box , décidément 😞

😟Unplug the Chromecast from the TV and power. Reboot your router and then plug the Chromecast in again. Can you set up the Chromecast?

Do you see any leds on the Chromecast? If so, what color and is it blinking or solid?

je viens de faire ce que vous m’avez dit mais ça ne fonctionne toujours pas. La led sur la chromecast est blanche et elle ne clignote pas

Thanks for posting in our community.

You're on the right track by performing a factory reset on your Chromecast. Here are a couple of things you can try to get it on the Google Home app

Double-check your Chromecast and mobile device are on the same Wi-Fi network.
Reboot your Chromecast by unplugging it from the wall for 2 minutes, after that plug it back.
Make sure your Google Home app is up to date. You can force an update by uninstalling the app and installing it again.

If your Chromecast still can't pair to the app, you can try another reset and set it up again.
