Can't chromecast YouTube from phone

I can't chromecast YouTube from my phone to rhe TV, used to work for Yeats, end just stopped. I can chromecast other apps, websites.

Thanks for posting here in the community. I'd be happy to help you with your concerns about casting YouTube from your phone.

In this situation, I'd like to ask a few questions:

In the meantime, I suggest the following:

Make sure your mobile devices and Chromecast are on the same Wi-Fi network.
Make sure you have the latest versions of the YouTube app and the Google Home app (for Chromecast setup) on your phone. Additionally, check for updates on the Chromecast itself using the Google Home app.
Restart your Chromecast. Unplug the power cable > wait 3 seconds > plug the power cable back in.

Many thanks Jenniffer for getting back to me. I did all of the above last week and reset chromecast and everything is fine now.
