No 5.1 surround sound with Chromecast for Google TV + Netflix app

Hi !

I cannot play 5.1 surround sound with Chromecast for Google TV (4K) and the native Netflix app.

With the same setup, I get good 5.1 sound with the native Prime Video app.

-> Is there an issue with the Netflix Chromcast for Google TV app ? Anyone managed to get 5.1 Netflix sound on a similar setup ?

Details:

Chromecast for Google TV (4k): latest firmware version to date April 2024: STTL.240206.002
AV Receiver: Yamaha RX-V377

Hello,

I'm so sorry, I found out that Netflix had 2 audio streams for most show: "French" and... "French 5.1". I stupidly forgot this and tried a show in "French". After switching to "French 5.1" all is perfect.
