Hello I am having some problems with my google tv so my son will be watching a show and then he’ll click home and turn the tv off we’ll come back a couple hours later and turn the tv on and once he selects a show to watch it starts playing the sound of the previous show he was watching before turning the tv off and the only way to stop it from playing is to turn the tv off again ( just clicking home doesn’t stop it) and then on again is there a setting I need to change or is my tv just faulty and needs to be returned ?? TIA

Hi @Jchavez,

Thanks for posting in the community about your Google TV audio concern. I'm happy to help!

To better assist you, I'd like to ask a couple of questions:

What model of Chromecast are you using?

What brand and model is your TV?

Please keep me updated.

Best regards,

Jenniffer
