cannot access the "settings" on my new Chromecast with google TV(4K), the remote works fine but it will not go to the settings . please help

Try pairing the remote again following the instructions in the Chromecast setup guide or the Google TV user manual.

2. Restart the Chromecast:

Unplug the Chromecast from the power source for a minute, then plug it back in. This can sometimes clear temporary glitches.

3. The "Settings" Button Might Have Changed:

On some Chromecast models, the dedicated "Settings" button might be replaced with a profile picture icon on the far right of the home screen. Try navigating there using the directional buttons on your remote.

4. App Issue (If Using Google Home App):
