Chromecast with google tv voice remote

So my voice remote just suddenly stopped working

Only the left and right and select navigation buttons work

The voice button doesn't work and doesn't light up the led , up and down don't work , and other buttons are not working. And I have changed the batteries multiple times. What can I do to fix this problem ?

Thanks for reaching out. I'm sorry for the trouble you're having with the navigation buttons on your Chromecast voice remote. Could you confirm if only those two buttons are malfunctioning, and when this issue started?

I suggest you follow these steps to configure your control:

Go to Settings > Remotes & Accessories > Set up remote buttons.
Select the relevant device to troubleshoot, for example Sony TV > Set up buttons > reconfigure the controls for Volume, Power, or Input
