Hello!

I want to purchase the Google Chromecast with Google Tv.

I watched some video tutorial how to set up the Chromecast.

"" What's the brand of your Tv?"", i saw this screen on the video that you can use the chromecast tv controller to check the Tv without the normal TV normal.

I have a METZ TV 32MTB4000 (https://metzblue.com/fileadmin/Datasheet/MTB5000/Marketingsheet_MTB4000_IT.pdf) and i want if the brand METZ is compatible.

Unfortunately, it would be impossible for Google to list absolutely every TV brand/manufacturer. You can use some trial and error by selecting the other manufacturer's listed. Alternatively, try a Google search or see if they have forums to see if someone else may have found one that works for your brand of TV.

I did some searching about my TV brand and I didn’t find any video that they have a METZ TV.
Today I’m trying to call Google customer care so they can see if METZ is compatible with the Google Chromecast Remote.

You won't find a genuine number to call as Google don't publish those. Any you find are going to be malicious. In any case, if you do reach out to support via the official help centre you're likely to be informed the same thing I'm afraid. If you don't see your TV brand listed, it's not natively supported for this feature.
