Buffering and Channel 4

I have two issues

Firstly, why can I not find Channel 4 or More4 in the app choice.

Secondly, I have not had problems with casting from my phone in the past but now, although it mirrors and appears to have cast, I just get the endless buffer wheel. I have tried all the suggestions when I have googled the problem but to no avail.

Can someone help, please?

Neither Channel4 nor More4 are channels available on Google TV; you can read in this article all the channels available.
