Chromecast Ultra low power screen

Hi,

My Chromecast Ultra is showing 'low power' screen and the link to g.co/cast/power

I have tried every suggestion there is to try and avoid the error. I used another power adapter and cable from another Chromecast Ultra that I have and that does work, I have reset the Chromecast. I really tried everything, but still I can't get the CC to start. What can I do?

Je rencontre le même problème que toi. J ai même branché sur une prise murale indépendante, j ai l écran avec le lien vers g.co/cast/power. Merci pour votre aide.

No one has helped me out. Because I'm still well within my 2 year warranty period, I decided to send the chromecast back to where I bought it from for repairs.

In the meantime, here are some troubleshooting steps you can try:

Check that your Chromecast with Google TV is plugged into the power adaptor that came with it.
Check that the power adapter is plugged into a reliable power socket.
Check that the cable also came with Chromecast. If you use a different cable, it might not be supported.
Check that the cable is completely plugged into both the adaptor and the Chromecast.

Hi Nery,

Thanks for your answer, but I did all you suggested maybe 10 times. Nothing worked. So I sent the Chromecast back to where I bought it. I had 6 months left on my warranty. They tried to repair the Chromcast, but eventually they've sent me a completely new one.

Hope this new one lasts longer.
