Hi there!

when I enter the gateway to the chromecast everything is very dark, but when I use my tv “Back AV” it’s light and I can see everything.

my tv is a smart tv, but I don’t think that has anything to do with the problem.

how do I get my screen light lighter when I use my chromecast?

Is this happening when you're on the Google TV screen? Or does it happen on a certain app?
Is it possible for you to take a photo of your TV when you use your "Back AV" and when it is not in use? This is just to confirm the differences between both situations.
