Can I tether straight off my androids mobile data straight to the chromecast? I dont have a router . please help

Chromecast needs a WiFi network, therefore you have to use two mobile devices, one as WiFi hotspot and the other as cast source, Both the Chromecast device and the cast source mobile device must be connected to the WiFi hotspot.
