I hope this email finds you well. I recently purchased two Google Chromecast devices from Dubai. However, I am experiencing difficulties connecting them to my Wi-Fi network. Despite multiple attempts, the devices fail to connect.

Could you please confirm if there are any known issues or restrictions regarding the use of Google Chromecast in Iran? I would appreciate any information or assistance you can provide to help resolve this issue.

Where did you create your Google Account?
Do you have any inconvenience when trying to set up your Chromecast?
