topic Chromecast screen flashes black. Rougly 1x per 5 seconds in Streaming

The screen goes momentarily black and then is shown again. This repeats approximately 1x per 5 seconds. Only occurs after TV is switched off but the chromecast not. It is not possible to switch borh off at the same time via the chromecast remote unfortunately... Solution is rebooting the chromecast via settings menu. However, this is quite annoying, as it requires scrolling with a screen flickering to black. Is it possible to fix this via settings? Or is it possible to reboot the chromecast via an app (quick access)? Or is it possible to switch with chromecast remote both tv and chromecast off?
