Australia Apps are not available

Hi Team,

I know this question has been asked for so many time.

I have my gmail since I am in Taiwan and I updated all adresses to Australia when I moved here one year ago.

I got a new chromecast in Australia and All Australian apps (7news, SBS) are not working to me.

I also updated my google play profile - open the old payment profile and set up a new one in Australia.

Reset my chromcast after that but I still cannot use those apps.

I don't plan to have more gmail account because most app are connected to my current account, can you suggest or you can update some setting from your end?
