Unable to reach Google servers

I have this problem with configuring the power, volume, and input buttons. I try to search for the TV to configure these, but what I get instead is this message: ‘Unable to reach Google servers’.

Since you are receiving an error message, I recommend performing a factory reset to the Remote Audio and pairing it again.

Then, try to set up the power, volume, and input buttons:

Turn on your Chromecast.
At the top right of your TV screen, select your profile.
Select Settings.
Select Remotes & Accessories > Set up remote buttons.
Add a device > your device type > your device brand.
From the remote control setup screen, you can select:
- Volume.
- Power
- Input.
