Chromecasta 4ta no se conecta a WiFi

Hola, intenté muchas veces, reinicié el Chromecasta, reinicié el modem, reinstalé Google Home, todo varias veces pero no se conecta al WiFi, hace un tiempo estuvo un amigo y conectó sin problemas su Chromecast a la misa tv, pero al mío, recién comprado no puedo conectarlo.

What device is used to complete the setup and what's the OS version (iOS or Android)?
What's the TV brand and model?
What's the router brand and/or model?
What's your Internet Service Provider (ISP) and ISP speed?
Has the Chromecast been connected to this network before or is this the first time setting the device up?
How far is the Chromecast from the Wi-Fi router?
Is the device directly plugged into the HDMI port of the TV?
Does the customer own more than one streaming device? If yes, do these issues happen to other streaming devices?
