Unable to download Disney+ in Australia

I am in Australia, my google account play store is set up in Australia, which is the same account I set up the chromecast on.
however, I am unable to download Disney+ on the mobile chromecast, it says the app isn’t available in my region.
i have tried changing the location but nothing is showing up in the chromecast settings
