    <description>&lt;P&gt;When trying to set up my chromecast i recieve this error message on my phone, "chromecast tv is connected to your wifi network, but we were unable to determine if a google account was already linked".&amp;nbsp; but on my tv it says, "your wifi network may require to sign in or trouble shoot".&amp;nbsp; While you do need to sign in to this wifi network, it seems to already be connected.&amp;nbsp; how can i solve this issue?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
