How is the Remote opened to install the Batteries? without damaging the device?

On Screen : I am not getting further than [ 1,2,3,]

On the back of the remote is a small round indentation. Hold the remote from its sides, without pressing the volume buttons, then press on the round indentation and slide the cover downward. Once it's loose, lift the back cover gently up.

After entering the WiFi password on your virtual keyboard, press the big arrow button on lower right of the keyboard.
